This Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally-binding contract between you (“Licensee”, “you”, or “your”) and KB Tech World (“we”, “our”, or “us”) covering the use of any script, template, source code, software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription, training course, PDF, video, or other digital asset (collectively, the “Product”) that we make available through https://www.kumarbipul.com (“Site”) or by direct download links, marketplaces, or e-mail delivery.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using a Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept every term, do not purchase, download, or use the Product.

1.  Grant of Licence

‍

1.1 Downloaded Products (scripts, templates, code, PDFs, videos).
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to:
  • download and store one copy per individual user;
  • use or modify the Product for your own internal business or personal projects;
  • deploy modified versions within your organisation or on behalf of a single end-client, provided you remain the point of contact for support.

1.2 SaaS Subscriptions (hosted tools or bots).
We grant you a time-limited, seat-based subscription to access and use the SaaS Product for the term you purchase. Seats may not be shared simultaneously among multiple individuals.

1.3 Training Materials.
You may stream or download the content for personal learning and may keep a personal archive. Redistribution or public broadcasting is not permitted.

1.4 All rights not expressly granted remain our exclusive property.

‍

2.  Permitted & Prohibited Uses

‍

You may:

• Run, execute, and customise scripts for your own workloads.
• Incorporate code snippets into larger solutions for a single client or internal project.
• Produce derivative works for internal use.

You may NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or re-package the Product or derivative works as a competing offering.
• Post the unmodified Product, or substantial portions of it, to public code repositories or forums.
• Remove copyright, licence, or attribution notices.
• Use the Product to create or distribute malicious, deceptive, or illegal content, including unsolicited bulk e-mail (“spam”).
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to SaaS infrastructure.

For clarification, open-source components bundled with a Product remain under their original licences (e.g., MIT or Apache-2.0). Your rights to those components are governed by those licences, not by this Agreement.

3.  Updates, Upgrades & Support

‍

• Downloaded Products: You will receive minor updates (bug fixes) free of charge for twelve (12) months after purchase. Major feature upgrades may require a new licence.
• SaaS Subscriptions: We may roll out updates automatically. We reserve the right to add, change, or retire features, but will give at least thirty (30) days’ notice before deprecating any core functionality.
• Support: Unless specified in a separate Support or SLA document, help is provided on a best-effort basis via e-mail within Indian business hours.

4.  Fees, Taxes & Refunds

‍

• Prices are listed exclusive of any applicable VAT/GST/sales tax, which will be added at checkout where required by law.
• For downloaded digital goods, refunds are typically not available once the download has begun, except where required by consumer-protection law. For SaaS, you may cancel at any time; partial refunds for unused periods are granted only if required by law.
• Charge-backs initiated outside the stated refund procedure may result in immediate licence termination and revocation of access keys.

5.  Intellectual Property

‍

The Products and all related copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights belong to KB Tech World or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer ownership; it grants only the limited licence described above.

6.  Warranty Disclaimer
‍

Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risk for your use of the Products.

7.  Limitation of Liability
‍

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility.

8.  Indemnity
‍

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KB Tech World and its affiliates against any third-party claims or damages arising from your misuse of the Product, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9.  Termination

‍

This Agreement and your licence automatically terminate if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Product and cease all use. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11 survive termination.

10.  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

‍

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, mandatory consumer protections of your country remain unaffected.

11.  Entire Agreement & Changes

‍

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Product and supersedes any prior understandings. We may update the Agreement to reflect legal or business changes; new versions will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
